Bookings

A booking is confirmed only once the vendor accepts it within the response window. If the vendor does not respond in time the booking is cancelled and the payment refunded in full.

Deposits

A refundable security deposit may be collected at checkout and is released once the item is returned in the condition it went out in.

Cancellation

Each listing states its own cancellation policy — flexible, moderate or strict. The deposit is always returned in full.
